The company originated as a web design and media development firm in California in 1995. Owner / Founder, Dr. Dale A. Robbins, is a certified CompTia i-Net+ Professional, as well as a CIW Professional, and develops Internet sites and CGI/PHP based software for web applications. He was a pioneer in the creation of educational and religious websites, and has been a major developer of electronic publications.

Dale was originally trained in the fields of theology, communications and media technology, and has been widely known for his work in Christian ministry and evangelism. For many years, he was a television producer and host of popular programs seen throughout California and syndicated nationally, and his books and numerous articles have been widely published. He holds three graduate degrees, has taught media technology and theological subjects for various colleges, and is an avid public speaker and musician. Today, in addition to his Internet interests, he speaks and ministers in music to a variety of audiences.
